I’m Stacie the owner and founder of Moxie Therapies Ltd, a professionally qualified and registered psychotherapist based in the UK. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s troubling you, at your own pace.
Taking the first step toward therapy is often one of the hardest—and most courageous—things we can do. This is why we chose Moxie as the name of our practice;
Moxie (noun) – energy, bravery, and boldness in facing difficulty; the ability to take initiative with confidence and grit.
We wanted to represent and acknowledge what it takes for you as the client to start this journey and see it through to a happier, empowered and more content version of yourself.
Those closest to me would describe me as warm, compassionate and down to earth and funny at times. This translates into my style and relaxed approach with my clients enabling to build a strong rapport and puts my clients at ease.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward. I work collaboratively and compassionately, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.
